In a wild turn of events, I was here twice today. This morning with my child, front desk staff was fine. Nurse and Doctor seemed very rushed to get us out of there. When I came back with my husband, the woman at the front desk was clearly overwhelmed but was extremely short and rude. She was rolling her eyes, deep sighing, very unprofessional behavior. We left without registering or being seen and went to the ER instead. It's extremely unfortunate that we had two terrible interactions in the same day, especially since this location is very convenient for our family.

There is a serious and concerning gap in communication quality and patient interaction at the Endeavor Schaumburg clinic. In multiple interactions, information provided by staff felt unclear, inconsistent, and at times unhelpful in resolving basic patient concerns. Instead of clearly acknowledging when information was not available and taking steps to find the correct answer, responses often came across as uncertain or contradictory, which only increased confusion and frustration. In a healthcare setting, this is not a minor issue. Patients rely on accurate, calm, and transparent communication. When that standard is not met, it directly impacts trust, safety, and the overall care experience. The interactions often felt reactive and under pressure, suggesting a lack of preparation, support, or training in patient communication and de escalation. This is not about blaming individual staff members. The concern is systemic. There appears to be a need for stronger training in communication skills, accountability, and emotional intelligence so staff can respond to patients with clarity, honesty, and professionalism even in high stress situations. I attempted to schedule an X-ray appointment by calling, but the automated message informed me that walk-ins were only accepted. Despite arriving an hour before closing time, I was informed that I had not made an appointment. I explained that I had called and was unable to complete the appointment over the phone. The receptionist then informed me that there were many people ahead of me and that I would have to wait to see if the tech could accommodate me. I explained that I had driven over 40 minutes and could wait patiently. I was told shortly after “to come back the following day” As someone who works with doctors, I can assure you that we would never send a patient home simply because they wish to leave on time. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this facility to read the reviews before making a decision.

It had very nice service when it was with NCH. Since it is Endeavor, it is terrible. I had appointment for Xray at 10 am. Got there before 10 am, checked in and was told to wait. After 35 mins, no one called me. I walked up to the check in desk and asked again, he said he would call. After his phone call, he said she was coming. Then the xray took 5 minutes. She said they had to take care immediate care pattients before appointments so my thinking is it is better to go there as immediate care then making appointment. She also mentioned they do double or tripple booking. This new Endeavor here really does a bad job in organizing. They need a new manager.

I, a 75-year-old on a fixed income, came for an appointment to get a Tetanus vaccine in mid August at the Roselle Rd., Schaumburg location, where I am a regular patient of my primary doctor within this network. During my visit I asked how much it will cost to receive this shot, but nobody could give me an answer besides, "Not Much." I then received a bill for over $250 which included a $70 administrative fee, although I'm on Medicare and have supplemental insurance, too! After calling CVS, Walgreens, and even Jewel, I was told they charged between $80-$90 (even without insurance). I feel they Endeavor purposely kept price information from me and the fact that my insurance didn't cover this visit so they could proceed to overcharge me with any amount, since they make you sign an agreement to pay before providing you the cost. Had I known the price, I would have gone elsewhere. Even after calling the billing department manager, they were unable to do anything about the bill or even answer any questions about the bill. Conveniently, nobody knew anything. I will be seeking other means of resolving this if Endeavor Health cannot correct this charge. Do not go here unless you want to get
